At Cargotees – T-shirt Manufacturer, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized T-shirts (e.g., printed with logos, names, or designs) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.

3. Return Process
Contact our customer support team at cargotees@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
